Each bottling of Eorna Oir represents a step in David’s journey ‘A Lifetime in Whisky.’ He has selected from the premium casks within his own private collection to allow you to record and in tasting walk in his shoes on the journey with him. The hardest part of the bottling process for David has been the selection because each cask in its own way whilst different and unique was as good as the other.

Highland
Matured in a refill sherry butt and finished in a red wine cask

Nose: Oily smoke and medicinal

Taste: Full bodied, sweet cherry jam and peat

Finish: Long and lingering charred oak and dry spice

Bunnahabhain
12 YEARS OLD

Islay
Matured in a refill sherry cask

Nose: Autumn fruits and
chocolate orange

Taste: Nutty with notes of clove and cherries, slightly salty

Finish: Vanilla

Glenrothes
13 YEARS OLD

Speyside
Matured in an American Oak refill cask and finished in a PX hogshead

Nose: Soft cinnamon and ginger

Taste: Delicate sweet sherry notes, buttery, stewed fruits and earthy vanilla

Finish: Rich and sweet with a
gentle spice in the background
