Each bottling of Eorna Oir represents a step in David’s journey ‘A Lifetime in Whisky.’ He has selected from the premium casks within his own private collection to allow you to record and in tasting walk in his shoes on the journey with him. The hardest part of the bottling process for David has been the selection because each cask in its own way whilst different and unique was as good as the other.
